If you’re in the digital or affiliate marketing world, you may know my fiance, Stephy Chen. As she was scaling her following (currently 810k+ followers), we were DROWNING in messages trying to reply to all our customers. It was physically impossible for two people to manage our inbox and offer a high level of customer service to everyone.

So I decided to learn the software inside out and master every single feature to build her a chatbot worthy of our loyal customer base that also reflected who she was as a person.
Using my background as a Senior Program Manager at Google, I was right at home analyzing data and building systems.
